Dehydrated Fruits
Our dehydrated fruits are a real treat for the ultra health conscious customers. No preservatives, colour or sugar are added in the processing of our dried fruits. They are processed under high standards and the products are not subjected to too much cold as in freeze drying or too much heat as in conventional drying. As a result, best flavor, colour and fruit nutrient qualities are retained to the maximum.
Advantages of Dehydrated fruits
Dried fruits offers some advantages over fresh fruits, a longer shelf life and portability. If you are watching your weight, dried fruits should be eaten in moderation as they contain significantly more calories per serving than fresh fruits.
Some dried fruits which contain sugars added in processing which increase its calorie content. However, dried fruits without additives offer numerous health benefits.

Our Drying Process
- The selected fruits are cleaned sliced and sterilised before going into our drying chambers.
- The chambers are sterilized heatless drying chambers and kept ozone sterilized intermittently during the process.
- The resulting products will be clean and with only desired moisture and will retain the best natural colour taste and flavor
Vacuum Fried Fruits
Here the fruits made crispy snacks by frying the fruits at low temperature in refined oil.
Advantages
- The product or oil is not exposed to air during frying and thus avoiding oxidation. This helps retain the nutrient qualities, colour.
- The frying is done at low temperature thus retains the qualities of the frying medium unlike in deep frying. It also prevents any acrylamide formation.
- Less moisture content in the product thus making it crispy snacks.
- Almost 60% less oil than in the other conventional frying thereby making it more healthy snacks.
- No preservatives, colour or sugar is added during the process, making it more desirable for the health conscious customer.
Vacuum Fried Vegetables
Most vegetables have a lot of health benefits associated with it, but some of them may not be have appealing taste when eaten raw so we have used vacuum frying technology to make it tastier and appealing without losing much of its beneficial aspects

Pumpkin- Rich in Anti oxidants, Vitamin A and is claimed to have a body system detoxification effect and thereby maintain body immunity.
Sweet Potato – high in fibre, Vitamin C, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5 Vitamin B6 and rich in minerals.
